Job summary

Boston Medical Center seeks a CT Section Leader who will guide the CT team under the supervision of the Operations Manager and Administrative Director. You will oversee patient safety, accurate imaging procedures, workload coordination, and equipment maintenance to ensure consistently high-quality studies.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and contributing to budget planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Must have ARRT registration in Radiography and MA licensure.
• Minimum 3–4 years CT imaging experience with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership for the CT section and ensures patient safety.
• Coordinates workload, scheduling and patient flow for efficient operations.
• Oversees quality, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• Develops staff competencies and conducts performance evaluations.
• Collaborates with vendors for service and participates in budgeting.
