Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking an experienced leader to manage and coordinate the MRI and CT departments, ensuring high-quality imaging protocols under radiologist supervision. The role includes QA oversight, staff leadership, and regulatory readiness.

You will supervise staff, maintain accreditation standards, and collaborate with the Medical Director and Imaging Director to improve patient care and departmental performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health-related field or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT MR or CT certification; CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MRI/CT staff to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.
• Maintain ACR accreditation and QA oversight for MRI/CT departments.
• Develop staffing schedules, manage vacations and time-off requests.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ACR, DNV, DHEC) and readiness for inspections.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding for the department.
