Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a CT Scan Supervisor to lead the CT department in Leominster, MA. You will supervise CT staff, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure imaging protocols and safety standards are followed.

Collaborate with the Imaging Services Director to improve efficiency and patient care. The role requires radiologic technology licensure, ARRT eligibility, and 2–5 years of CT experience with progressive responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT registry eligibility or certification.
• MA licensure to operate radiology equipment.
• BLS certification required before end of 90-day probation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CT department staff and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate workflow and staffing across campuses.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and state regulations.
• Maintain CT protocols and safety education for staff.
• Oversee equipment quality control and supply management.
• Develop and maintain department policies and procedures.
