Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a CT Technologist to produce cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues for diagnostic purposes. You will interpret physicians' scanning instructions and prepare the CT suite.

Responsibilities include administering contrast, operating CT equipment, and positioning patients to capture the correct images while maintaining safety and quality standards. A New Jersey radiography license is required; ARRT CT certification is preferred and may be obtained

Qualifications

• Licensed by New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in Diagnostic Radiography.
• ARRT CT Certification preferred, can be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Produce cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues for diagnostic purposes.
• Interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate CT equipment, and position the patient to capture the appropriate images.

Education

Licensed by New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in Diagnostic Radiography

ARRT CT Certification preferred (can be obtained within 1 year of hire)
