Atlantic Health System is seeking a CT technologist to produce cross-section images and position patients according to protocol. You will operate CT equipment, administer contrast, and ensure exams meet quality standards for radiologists to interpret.

The role requires ARRT certification, an accredited radiology program, and state licensure. CT certification is preferred, and the position is on-site at multiple New Jersey facilities, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• ARRT-registered radiologic technologist or equivalent along with an accredited educational program in radiology.
• Associate's degree in Diagnostic Radiology or closely related field.
• Current state licensure to practice diagnostic radiology.

Aufgaben

• Position patients per CT protocol to obtain optimal cross-sectional images.
• Operate CT scanner complying with ALARA radiation standards.
• Evaluate technical quality of CT scans and adjust as needed.
• Schedule and transmit images using EPIC, Radiant, and PACS.
• Prepare and administer contrast material via power injector.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
