Job summary

Hancock Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT imaging to perform and monitor CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and radiologist preferences. The role requires interacting with patients across all ages, ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality in imaging, and supporting on-call duties as needed.

You will collaborate with radiologists and RA staff to provide high‑quality diagnostic images.

Qualifications

• Performs CT procedures per physician order and protocol.
• Maintains safety and quality per department policies.
• Interacts with patients of all ages with AIDET.
• Supports Radiology team and on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor CT scans per protocol.
• Assist Radiologists and other providers.
• Instruct patients and obtain needed history.
• Ensure correct patient positioning and exposure settings.
• Charge exams and maintain logs in ITS system.
