Job summary

Hancock Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform and monitor CT procedures per physician orders, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. You will assist Radiologists and work with a diverse patient population, from neonatal to geriatric, in a team-based setting.

Ideal candidates will have ARRT registration or certification, Indiana license preference, CPR certification within 3 months, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Registration as Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) preferred.
• Indiana diagnostic X-ray operator license preferred.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Valid Indiana driver's license required.
• CT ARRT registration/certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge of CT equipment and pre-exam screening requirements.
• Computer literate; understand PACS, CR/DR, HIS/RIS systems.
• Demonstrated organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
• Critique images against SOP criteria; exercise independent judgment.
• IV insertion competency if applicable; administer contrast as directed.
• Capable of independent decision making with minimal supervision.
• Assist with patient care and support during procedures.
