Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial Montebello is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment and produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation. The role includes CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy as needed, with responsibilities across image transfer, records, and HIPAA compliance.

Required: ARRT registration, CA license, BLS, and CT certification (if applicable). Night shift; full-time position with competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• ARRT registration required or RT ARR T equivalent.
• State radiology license required in CA.
• CT advanced certification required in OR/HI; preferred in CA.
• BLS certification required per AH policy.
• Fluoroscopy license required in CA if fluoroscopy is used.
• Venipuncture certification required in CA if administering contrast materials.
• BLS certification and HLFS required for facility.

Responsibilities

• Produces sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Operates CT equipment and performs CT, general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed.
• Uses PACS and teleradiology system to transfer images to the appropriate location.
• Maintains accurate records, files and billing information while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manages supply inventory.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
