Qualifications

• Must have completed an AMA-accredited Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• ARRT Radiology or NMTCB certification required, with CT registry preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Examine requests and verify orders with Radiologist before procedures.
• Identify patients using two identifiers and explain procedures briefly.
• Interview patients to collect medical history and review EMRs for pertinent data.
• Perform CT imaging and assist Radiologist/PA during procedures; ensure sterile technique.
• Maintain radiation safety for staff, patients, and visitors; report equipment issues.
• Rotate shifts and participate in on-call, holidays, and weekends as needed.
