Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a CT Scan Technologist to provide direct patient care under the supervision of Radiology leadership. The role requires performing CT examinations, collecting clinical data, and ensuring accurate documentation for both inpatients and outpatients.

Travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton may be required. A Massachusetts license and ARRT or NMTCB certification are required, with strong communication skills and teamwork essential for success in a busy department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting; effective communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age in inpatient/outpatient settings per department standards.
• Gather clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Complete records, paperwork and billings promptly.
• Position and transfer patients; assist physicians with interventional exams; send exams to PACS for physician review.
• Travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton as scheduled to provide support.
