Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology department in Cleveland. You will perform CT scans, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients. The role emphasizes patient education, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Required: ARRT Radiologic Technologist, Ohio license, BLS, and graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program. Experience with CT workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist credential required; CT credential preferred or obtainable within 12 months.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License and BLS certification.
• Clinical competency in CT imaging and patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across neuro, MSK, a thoracic and abdominal protocols.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients on procedures and equipment to maintain comfort.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and care teams to deliver care.
• Maintain safety standards and assist under supervision.
