Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration's John D. Dingell VA Medical Center seeks a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist-CT to perform CT imaging across head, neck, spine, chest and body. You will work within the Diagnostic Imaging Service with radiologists to deliver high-quality examinations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performing CT angiography, preparing contrast, and maintaining safety and records. This role requires experience with fluoroscopy and various imaging units, along with

Qualifications

• Transcript required with application.
• Education from accredited institutions only.
• Foreign education requires certificate of foreign equivalency.
• US DoE recognized degrees qualify for federal employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule exams to optimize scanner times and handle emergencies.
• Confers with radiologists for non-standard exams.
• Perform CT angiography of head/neck/spine/chest/body.
• Prepare contrast materials and ensure radiation safety.
• Maintain exam records and stock CT supplies.
