Qualifications

  • Certification in radiologic technology by ARRT (R) required.
  • Advanced ARRT certification required for CT.
  • Education: 24+ month diagnostic radiologic technology program accredited by JRCERT or recognized DOE accreditor.
  • English language proficiency in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging of head, neck, spine, chest and body as assigned.
  • Interpret examination requests accurately and ensure image quality.
  • Apply knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy to optimize CT protocols.
  • Assist in determining appropriate scan parameters and patient positioning.

Education

ARRT Radiography certification (R)
Advanced ARRT CT certification
Post-high school diagnostic radiologic technology program (24+ months)
English language proficiency
