Job summary

Basic ARRT certification is required with possible advanced credentials for CT/MRI/Mammography. The role includes on-site duties and compliance with VA standards, with multiple shifts and on-call expectations.

Qualifications

• Certified in general radiologic technology by ARRT (R).
• Advanced ARRT certification for CT/MRI/Mammography may be required.
• Completion of a 24-month radiologic technology program accredited by JRCERT or recognized DOE standards.

Responsibilities

• Review prior images to optimize radiographic techniques and positioning.
• Operate radiographic equipment and set technical and computer factors.
• Assist radiologists with fluoroscopy and radiography.
• Maintain radiology suites, equipment, and supplies.
