Methodist Hospital Hill Country in Fredericksburg, TX is seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to support our radiology team. The role requires competency in CT imaging, patient positioning, and operating the Meditech imaging system while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree or certificate in radiologic technology and obtain ARRT-CT certification within 12 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in radiologic technology.
• ARRT-CT certification must be obtained within 1 year of start date.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates competency in all areas of computerized tomography (CT), positioning, procedure preparation, and technical factors.
• Responsible for proper use of the Radiology Imaging System, Meditech (scheduling exams, patient tracking, image tracking, proper completion of exams, capture charges).
• Provide care to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; recognize crises and adjust priorities to prevent complications; report to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of CT rooms; disinfect, restock supplies, and keep work area clean.
• Able to work independently and in a team; take instructions from supervisors; interact professionally with staff, patients, vendors and the public.
