Job summary

Methodist Hospital Northeast, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a CT Technologist to join our radiology team in Texas. You will demonstrate competency in CT imaging, procedure preparation, and patient positioning while operating CT systems and ensuring high-quality exams with accurate documentation.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, follow safety protocols, maintain CT room cleanliness, and participate in education and dose-monitoring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must provide care to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Must follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team; interact professionally with staff, patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in CT imaging, positioning, procedure preparation and CT system operation.
• Responsible for use of Radiology Imaging System, Meditech scheduling and patient tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of CT rooms and restock supplies.
• Complete assignments independently and follow supervisor directions; interact professionally with co-workers and patients.
• May have cross-training in other department functions to ensure flexible staffing.
• Participate in dose monitoring and safety initiatives within Radiology.
