Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to operate CT scanners, generate diagnostic images, and assist with CT-guided biopsies and drain placements. You will coordinate scheduling and communicate clearly with patients to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures.

The role requires ARRT CT credential, Ohio licensure, and BLS. Join a multidisciplinary CT team and contribute to high-quality trauma and acute care imaging services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Active Ohio Radiographer license (ODH).
• Basic life support (AHA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images in various clinical settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment to ease anxiety.
