Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology Department is seeking a CT Technologist to produce high-quality CT images and support CT-guided procedures for trauma, cancer, stroke, and other critical patients in Northeast Ohio. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, cross-train as needed, and provide patient education to maintain comfort and understanding during exams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT and CT credential within 1 year of employment is required/obtained within probation.
• Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) is required.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in various settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations.
