Qualifications

• Certification requirements: ARRT CT within 1 year; ARRT Radiography; BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures accurately and completely per imaging guidelines and department policies.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and function across CT equipment, workstation, and related tools.
• Demonstrate competency in performing CT radiographic and specialized procedures.
• Adapt procedures as needed for patient condition and radiologist direction.
• Obtain and document pre- and post-procedure information and ensure patient safety per JCAHO guidelines.
• Promote patient and staff safety through proper use of lift equipment and safety protocols.
