Qualifications

• Registered in Computed Tomography (CT) within 1 year - ARRT.
• Registered in Radiography (R) - ARRT.
• BLS within 30 days - AHA.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence.
• Performs procedures to ensure accurate and complete examinations following guidelines and standards.
• Exhibits competency in CT radiographic and specialized procedures.
• Adapts procedures as needed for patient condition under radiologist direction.
• Knowledgeable of invasive procedures, sterile setup, and scheduling of procedures.
• Accurately documents pre and post-procedure information.
• Follows patient safety goals and maintains QA/QC programs.
• Maintains equipment operation knowledge and performs basic troubleshooting.
• Ensures a safe environment for patients and staff and safe handling of supplies.
• Mentors technologists and students; supports efficient patient flow.
