Job summary

Genesis HealthCare System is seeking a licensed Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic CT procedures with efficiency and compassion. Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, selecting appropriate exposure factors, and assisting in CT-guided interventions, while adhering to safety policies.

Minimum 1 year of radiology experience and ARRT CT registry completion are required, with CPR certification and a strong customer service mindset to support patients and physicians.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT registry and Ohio radiology license required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed Radiology Technologist.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner and imaging equipment for diagnostic procedures.
• Set appropriate technical factors (protocols, slice thickness, exposure) for each study.
• Assist physicians in CT-guided interventional procedures as needed.
• Prepare and administer contrast media under physician direction.
• Follow radiation safety policies and maintain equipment safety.
• Use HIS/RIS/PACS to manage patient data and images.
• Transport patients to and from the department and support students’ clinical training.
