Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans and molecular imaging, while ensuring safe, high-quality data acquisition for diagnoses and interventions.

The role requires ARRT or NMTCB certification upon hire (new graduates must obtain it before starting) and a strong focus on patient care, safety, and clear communication. Collaboration with licensed practitioners is essential.

Qualifications

Ability to perform and evaluate imaging procedures with attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Obtain correct orders, identify and prepare patients, and document clinical history confidentially.
Use appropriate imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and adhere to ALARA principles to ensure patient safety and care.
Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as prescribed.
Evaluate images for quality, proper positioning, and verify data storage or transfer.
Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers.
Assist licensed practitioners with interventional procedures and perform CT scans as prescribed.
