Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer III to service CT imaging equipment in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain systems with minimal supervision while delivering training to operators for optimal performance.

The role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency with test equipment, and the ability to manage assets and relationships, including a company vehicle and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment, ability to work individually and in a team.
• Proficiency with network applications and tools (including eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website).
• 5-7+ years’ experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service CT Imaging Equipment in the Pittsburgh, PA area; level based on prior experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens systems with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Manage company assets including car, phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers and perform necessary administrative duties.
