Job summary

Emerus is seeking an Imaging Technologist to perform CT and X-Ray procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. You will support physicians, nurses and staff in delivering patient care across the imaging suite in Texas.

The role requires ARRT registration, a radiology program graduate, and CT experience preferred. Travel to various facility locations is required, with a focus on accurate results and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology and ARRT registration.
• Associate degree in Radiology preferred.
• CT certification and CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses and other staff in meeting patient needs.
• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams in line with established policies and notify the physician on duty of results.
• Carry out basic clinical procedures under physician/nurse direction.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Travel to all facility locations as required.
