Job summary

South Shore Health is seeking a part-time CT Tech Aide at our Weymouth, MA location. You will support CT Technologists, manage patient flow, and perform receptionist and clerical duties to ensure smooth CT operations. Must have strong communication and patient-care skills, and be able to assist with patient transfers and room readiness.

This position involves varied shifts, on-site work, and a focus on safety and high-quality patient experiences within SSH Imaging CT.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months work experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• BLS (AHA) certification within 180 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Assist patients with changing for the exam.
• Position patients and assist in CT table transfers.
• Transport patients as needed and monitor safety.
• Enter orders in Epic and retrieve lab results.
• Maintain CT room readiness and manage supplies.
