Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a CST Team Lead to provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team serving adults with mental health needs in Rocky Mount, NC.

The role conducts assessments, oversees treatment plans, ensures fidelity to evidence-based practices, and participates in crisis response and on-call duties; licensure in NC required; prior supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation and treatment planning for persons served.
• Provide clinical supervision and manage team schedules.
• Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing.
• Participate in crisis response and on-call duties.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
