Job summary

Southeastern Life Center in New Bern, NC is seeking a Licensed Team Lead / Clinical Supervisor to oversee the CST team's operations and staffing in home and community settings.

The role requires a masters in human services, active mental health licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) and relevant clinical experience; you will supervise clinicians, perform assessments, coordinate services, and ensure PCP implementation with 24/7 on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services-related field is required.
• Mental health licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of documented experience with MH/Sa diagnosis.
• Three years of clinical experience with SPMA, with at least two years post-graduate (ACT only).
• Valid NC driver’s license including personal vehicle insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for recipients served by the team.
• Coordinate and supervise staff to apply specialized clinical expertise as needed.
• Oversee initial and ongoing assessments of recipients’ clinical needs.
• Develop and implement supervision plans for team members and provide supervision.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and monitor services and interventions.
• Perform Intensive Case Management and coordinate services/referrals.
• Participate in PCP development and revision and ensure PCP implementation.
• Spend time at service locations and participate in on-call system (24/7).
• Collaborate with other staff to standardize procedures and expedite PCP implementation.
• Conduct investigations into abuse/neglect/exploitation and safety risks.
• Ensure timely authorizations and notify stakeholders of changes in services.
• Document all billable encounters in the EMR within 24 hours.
