The CST Qualified Professional will plan, monitor, and adjust services to ensure continuity and quality care, including counseling, crisis management, and assistance with housing and employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and two years of mental health experience.
• Non-human services degree may qualify with four years of mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor person-centered plans.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis management.
• Assist with vocational, housing, and other basic needs.
• Document services accurately in the information system.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical training events.
