Sulzer is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to provide spare parts quotations and process orders in SAP. You will interact with distributors, agents and customers, ensuring accurate pricing and timely entry of orders.

Qualifications

• Experience creating spare parts quotations.
• Proficient in entering and tracking spare part orders in SAP.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality procedures.

About the role

Job Summary

Provides spare parts quotations to distributors, agents and end-customers. Enter Spare Part Orders into SAP. Maintain Spare Part Quotation log. Promote Sulzer's value-added products and services - Responsible for communicating with customers by email, phone or in person.

• Promote spare parts agreements with end-users in cooperation with Account Managers.
• Create quotations for spare parts.
• Compile, sort and verify accuracy of order to be entered, keep records of work completed.
• Receive and enters orders for spare parts.
• Track the status of spare parts orders and expedites as necessary. Look after partial shipments.
• Address complaints concerning billing and/or services.
• Direct information concerning customer dissatisfaction to the designated department for investigation.
• Accurately calculate discounts, interest and commissions.
• Travel for customer visits.
• Update reference data base for installed pumps.
• Take care of sending original documents for all spare parts orders.
• Follow quality procedures according to ISO 9001.
