Job summary

Sulzer is hiring for a Spare Parts Quotations Clerk to support distributors, agents, and end-customers. You will enter spare part orders into SAP, maintain quotation logs, and promote Sulzer's value-added parts and services.

The role involves communicating with customers via email, phone, or in person and assisting with order accuracy and follow-up on shipments. Key duties include creating quotations, tracking order status, expediting where needed, and handling related billing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Provide spare parts quotations to distributors, agents and end-customers.
• Enter Spare Part Orders into SAP and maintain order logs.
• Communicate with customers by email, phone or in person.
• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure records for all orders.

Responsibilities

• Enter spare parts orders into SAP and track their status.
• Promote spare parts agreements with end-users with Account Managers.
• Compile, verify, and process orders for spare parts.
• Assist with billing and/or service-related inquiries and complaints.
• Travel up to 20% for customer visits.

About the role

Job Summary Provides spare parts quotations to distributors, agents and end-customers. Enter Spare Part Orders into SAP. Maintain Spare Part Quotation log. Promote Sulzer's value-added products and services

• Responsible for communicating with customers by email, phone or in person.
• Promote spare parts agreements with end-users in cooperation with Account Managers.
• Create quotations for spare parts.
• Compile, sort and verify accuracy of order to be entered, keep records of work completed.
• Receive and enters orders for spare parts.
• Track the status of spare parts orders and expedites as necessary.
• Look after partial shipments.
• Address complaints concerning billing and/or services.
• Direct information concerning customer dissatisfaction to the designated department for investigation.
• Accurately calculate discounts, interest and commissions.
• Travel for customer visits. < 20%
• Update reference data base for installed pumps.
• Take care of sending original documents for all spare parts orders.
• Follow quality procedures according to ISO 9001.
