Job summary

ERM is hiring a Project Manager, CSRD Reporting & Disclosure Readiness to support a large multinational organization's CSRD readiness and reporting program remotely base in the Eastern time zone. This individual will serve as an extension of the client's Corporate Sustainability team, providing hands-on program management and reporting/disclosure support across multiple functional workstreams.

The position requires strong knowledge of CSRD and ESRS, combined with experience in sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in sustainability, environmental science, business, accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of CSRD and ESRS, with ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable workplans and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing complex sustainability reporting, CSRD or regulatory-readiness programs, ideally in a multinational or matrixed organization.
• Proven project and program management skills across multiple workstreams, milestones and dependencies.
• Experience developing and coordinating narrative and quantitative sustainability disclosures.
• Experience coordinating data validation, data lineage, internal controls and evidence documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage CSRD readiness plan with milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.
• Coordinate CSRD readiness activities across ESRS 2 and material sustainability topics with owners and data stewards.
• Establish working cadence across workstreams with meetings, action tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate development and review of CSRD disclosures for narrative and quantitative content.
• Support remediation of gaps related to policies, metrics, data, controls and evidence.
