Environmental Resources Management, Inc. (ERM) is seeking a part-time Project Manager for CSRD Reporting & Disclosure Readiness to support a large multinational client remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.

The role focuses on hands-on program management, data validation, and narrative/disclosure development across CSRD and ESRS guidelines. The ideal candidate will bring strong CSRD/ESRS knowledge, experience in sustainability reporting, data controls and assurance readiness, and the ability to

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CSRD and ESRS with ability to translate requirements into action.
• Experience managing complex sustainability reporting and governance programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, milestones and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sustainability data validation, controls and assurance readiness.
• Proficiency with reporting technology platforms; Workiva preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage the integrated CSRD readiness plan across workstreams.
• Coordinate CSRD readiness activities across ESRS 2 and material topics.
• Establish and manage a working cadence across teams with reporting and escalation.
• Develop and review CSRD disclosures, ensuring consistency in narratives and evidence.
• Support remediation of gaps in policies, metrics, data, controls and evidence.
• Coordinate data validation, data lineage, and internal-control readiness with stakeholders.
• Support assurance-readiness activities with assurance providers and evidence requests.
• Establish repeatable reporting processes, calendars, RACIs, and approval pathways.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams supporting reporting technology and CSRD activities.
• Align disclosures and timelines to minimize duplicative requests.
