Job summary

ERM is seeking a part-time Project Manager for CSRD Reporting & Disclosure Readiness to support a multinational client remotely from the Eastern Time Zone. You will serve as an embedded member of the Corporate Sustainability team, delivering hands-on program management and disclosure work across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• CSRD and ESRS knowledge with ability to translate to action.
• Experience managing complex sustainability reporting programs (CSRD, disclosure).
• Strong project/program management across multiple workstreams, milestones and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating narrative and quantitative sustainability disclosures.
• Experience supporting sustainability data validation, data lineage, internal controls and evidence.
• Experience coordinating with sustainability assurance providers and evidence.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting technology platforms; Workiva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CSRD readiness plan with milestones, dependencies, risks and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate CSRD readiness activities across ESRS 2 and material topics, working with owners to drive actions to completion.
• Establish and manage an effective working cadence across workstreams, including meetings and status reporting.
• Coordinate development/review of CSRD disclosures for consistency across programs and evidence.
• Support remediation of gaps related to policies, metrics, data, controls and disclosure readiness.
• Coordinate data validation and data-lineage documentation with internal stakeholders.
• Support assurance-readiness activities with assurance providers and evidence requests.
• Establish repeatable reporting processes, calendars, RACIs, and approval pathways.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants supporting reporting technology and CSRD activities.
• Align overlapping disclosures and timelines to minimize duplicative requests.
