Job summary

ERM is seeking a part‑time Project Manager for CSRD Reporting & Disclosure Readiness to support a multinational CSRD program. The role is remote with an Eastern Time zone base and requires 16 hours per week with flexibility during peak reporting periods.

You will drive the CSRD readiness plan, coordinate multiple workstreams, develop disclosures, validate data and support assurance readiness. The engagement emphasizes governance, timelines and stakeholder collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, accounting, finance or related discipline preferred.
• Strong CSRD and ESRS knowledge with ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable workplans and reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or managing complex sustainability reporting, CSRD, disclosure or regulatory-readiness programs, preferably in a large multinational or matrixed organization.
• Strong project and program management skills coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, milestones and dependencies.
• Experience developing or coordinating narrative and quantitative sustainability disclosures.
• Experience coordinating sustainability data validation, data lineage, internal controls and assurance readiness.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting tech platforms; Workiva experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the integrated CSRD readiness plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate CSRD readiness activities across ESRS2 and material topics with owners and data stewards.
• Establish a cadence across workstreams with meetings, action tracking and status reporting.
• Coordinate development and review of CSRD disclosures for consistency across programs.
• Support remediation of gaps related to policies, metrics, data, controls and evidence.
• Coordinate data validation, data lineage documentation, and assurance readiness activities.
• Establish repeatable reporting processes, calendars, RACIs and approval pathways.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on reporting technology and CSRD activities.
