Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. in Bluffton, SC is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to provide support to customers, service walk-ins, and process sales transactions. You will coordinate between the company and customers and handle order entry and inquiries.

Responsibilities include pulling and packing orders, inventory checks, forklift operation, returns processing, and reporting. Candidates should have a HS diploma and warehouse experience, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operates forklift equipment.
• Provides customer account management, which may include, but is not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Provides customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution).
• Responsible for keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparing reports.
• Interfaces with various groups, including but not limited to internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
