Job summary

Apex Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Sales & Service Representative to join a leading insurance company in the Little Rock area. You will be one of the first points of contact for clients, answering questions, providing quotes, and guiding new customers through the sales process.

You will identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, maintain accurate client records, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience that drives long-term relationships and rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance.
• Active Arkansas Property & Casualty License required.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or client-facing sales environment.
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• AMS experience is a plus.
• Someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in providing an excellent client experience.
