Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred; willing to obtain after hire.
• At least one year of insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options, recommending appropriate insurance solutions based on each client's unique circumstances.
• Prepare insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close new business.
• Review policies with clients, explain coverage, and recommend appropriate additions or changes to their insurance program.
• Proactively contact existing clients to renew policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend additional products or coverage enhancements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurance company underwriters.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims guidance, and other service-related needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
