Job summary

Aire Serv of The Central Shenandoah Valley in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a part-time CSR/Dispatcher for the 2nd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM). The role handles inbound/outbound calls, schedules appointments, and closes out jobs from our Front Royal location, supporting service and sales efforts.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in customer service, be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment, and possess strong communication and data-entry skills.

CSR / Dispatcher / 2nd Shift

Part Time Aire Serv of The Central Shenandoah Valley, Harrisonburg, VA, US

We are expanding and looking to add 2nd shift CSR's / Dispatchers to our team. This shift consists of Sunday-Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

This top-performing individual will be based out of our Front Royal location, handling all aspects of lead qualification, confirming appointments, and closing out jobs as appropriate.

This position will also require handling incoming and outgoing calls for sales and service.

As a CSR/Dispatcher you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and can effectively manage various situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum TWO YEARSin customer service a must.
• Must be able to work in an on-call rotation for weeknights and weekends during peak time.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace and ever-changing environment.
• Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Typing skills a plus.
