Job summary

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC Inc is seeking a CSR/Dispatch Lead in Columbus, OH. This hands-on role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering excellent customer communication.

The position offers competitive compensation up to $65,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, sick days, holidays, uniforms, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as an CSR/Administrative Assistant
• A plus 4 years of experience in the construction industry
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers and jobs via good phone customer service
• Assist Project Managers in the scheduling of field production labor
• Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions
• Assist with Permitting tasks
• Work with the production, purchasing and management staff as a team to bring projects from conception to completion
• Performs other duties as assigned
