R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time experienced Lead Residential HVAC Technician to grow your career with an established family-owned company.

Earn up to $50/hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and monthly bonus opportunities. We offer health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), PTO and sick days, paid holidays, company vehicle, uniforms, and ongoing in-service training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems.
• Installing new HVAC systems.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Training junior team members.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Understanding refrigeration cycles.
• Interpreting technical data such as pressure and temperature.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations and service calls.
• Train junior technicians and share knowledge.
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally.
• Order and maintain equipment and supplies.
