Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Experience removing old systems and installing new ones.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigerant cycles.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients and customers effectively.
• Order and maintain equipment and materials for installs.
• Assist with running pipe and duct systems through homes.
• Train junior team members and ensure quality workmanship.
