R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, INC in Columbus, OH seeks a full-time experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to grow with an established, family-owned company. The role offers a competitive wage up to $45/hour, a $3000 sign-on bonus, and robust benefits including health, vision, dental, life, 401(k), PTO, sick days, holidays, and a monthly bonus.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HVAC field experience, knowledge of local codes, and the ability to train junior team members

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems.
• Installing new HVAC systems.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Training junior team members.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Understanding refrigeration cycles.
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Remove old equipment and replace with updated systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Train junior technicians and support staff.
• Communicate with clients about work scope and timelines.
• Order and maintain HVAC equipment and parts.
• Run pipe and duct systems through homes and businesses.
• Read wiring diagrams to troubleshoot.
• Interpret refrigeration cycles and system data.

As a HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $45/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $3000 sign-on bonus!
