Job summary

Mid Atlantic Finance Company is now hiring a CSR/Admin for our Funding Departments located in Clearwater, FL. The position offers total compensation starting at $40,000 plus a $500 signing bonus.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in communication and has strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Responsibilities include conducting customer outreach and maintaining electronic records. Benefits include medical insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous call center and/or office experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer.
• Contact customers to gather information and update records.
• Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed.
• Maintain electronic records and files.
• Build and create Excel spreadsheets.

Must have great attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills, and be focused on deadline achievement. Previous call center and/or office experience is preferred.
