Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer.
• Contact customers to gather information, complete verifications and update records.
• Perform compliance audits and correct as needed.
• Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work.
• Build and create Excel spreadsheets.

Location: Onsite in our Clearwater, FL location (Ulmerton Rd)

Summary:

We are looking for a confident self-starter who works well independently. Must have great attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills and focused on deadline achievement. Previous call center and or office experience is preferred. Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required.
