Mid-Atlantic Finance is hiring an Acquisitions Development Specialist in Clearwater, FL to support outbound outreach, data collection, and record updates. You’ll work with Excel basics and maintain accurate files while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with occasional bilingual advantages. A signing bonus is available and compensation starts at $40,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to type 45+ WPM and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desired but not required.
• Experience in financial services or auto industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to customers.
• Contact customers to gather information, verify data, and update records.
• Perform compliance audits and correct as needed.
• Maintain electronic records and files and back up completed work.
• Entry-level Excel skills are helpful.

Total compensation $40,000 and up (with base and bonus)

$500signing Bonus!

Location: Onsite in our Clearwater, FL location (Ulmerton Rd)

Summary:

We are looking for a confident self-starter who works well independently. Must have great attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and focused on deadline achievement. Previous call center and or office experience is preferred. Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer

• Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed
• Maintain electronic records and files, backing up completed work
• Entry-level Excel spreadsheet skills helpful.
