Job summary

Community Veterinary Partners is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the friendly face and voice of our Flourtown clinic. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, handle prescriptions, update records, manage payments, and support doctors and technicians to ensure outstanding service for pets and their people.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and enjoys multitasking, with a passion for compassionate, clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced veterinary

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering a high volume of calls with professionalism and compassion.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Handling prescription requests in person, by phone, and via fax.
• Updating electronic patient records and uploading medical files/images.
• Checking in/out patients and processing payments.
• Collaborating with doctors and technicians to support client needs.
• Educating pet owners about our products, services, and wellness plans.

We're looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who will be the warm, welcoming face and friendly voice of our veterinary practice. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating positive experiences for both pets and their people — from the first phone call to the final farewell at checkout.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll wear many hats throughout the day, including:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and compassion
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Handling prescription requests (in person, over the phone, and via fax)
• Updating electronic patient records and uploading medical files/images
• Checking in/out patients and managing payments
• Collaborating with doctors and technicians to support client needs
• Educating pet owners about our products, services, and wellness plans
