We’re looking for a Client Service Representative / Veterinary Assistant who enjoys working with both people and pets. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who is comfortable supporting clients at the front desk while also assisting our veterinary team with hands‑on patient care. In this role, you’ll split your time between client service responsibilities and veterinary assistant duties, including:

Client Service

• Welcome clients and patients and create a positive experience from check-in to check-out
• Answer phones, go over treatment estimates, and assist with client questions
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient information
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
• Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk

Veterinary Assistant

• Assist doctors and technicians during appointments, exams, and treatments
• Obtain patient histories and help prepare patients for examinations
• Efficiently document all histories and communications in EMR
• Safely restrain and handle dogs and cats
• Assist with sample collection, laboratory work, and diagnostic procedures
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas
• Assist with medications and treatments based on experience and hospital protocols
• Support patient care and hospital workflow throughout the day
