Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) focused on NatSec customers, serving defense, intelligence, and related government agencies. You will ensure high-value customers achieve significant ROI with Signature on our platform, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning business and technical goals within complex, secure environments.

Role requires active TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and 3+ years in Customer Success or SaaS.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
U.S. citizen (no dual citizenship) eligible for MBI.
Eligible locations: Washington D.C. metro area DC, Maryland, Virginia (Hybrid) or Hawaii (Remote).
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS, or related fields.
Strong consulting skills and ability to drive business value and discuss with C-levels.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
Actively pursue relevant learning activities and mentoring to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery of Signature deliverables, experience, renewal and expansion.
Coordinate all deliverables entitlements and oversee Signature lifecycle.
Apply processes to address customer needs and ensure value delivery through Signature.
Align with Business and Technical Stakeholders to meet Signature goals.
Lead quarterly reviews of feature usage and adoption, ensuring platform stability.
