• Experience partnering with sales, engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of accountability for Signature deliverables and renewals.
• Coordinate all Signature deliverables and lifecycle experience.
• Align business value with customer priorities and roadmaps.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships including IT and business leadership.
• Lead quarterly reviews to drive adoption and platform stability.
