Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN is required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience; Charge Nurse/supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RN license in New York State; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice using the Professional Practice Model and Relationship Centered Care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR) and role model behaviors.
• Validate staff hourly rounds and provide feedback to ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Conduct daily rounding when Nurse Manager is away and communicate patient experience to the team.
• Collaborate with physicians to elevate concerns and drive service recovery.
